Description
Alice Cooper is an American singer, songwriter, and occasional actor whose career spans decades (1963 to present). Cooper is considered to be 'The Godfather of Shock-Rock', and is credited with helping to shape the sound and look of heavy metal as the artist who first introduced horror imagery to Rock'n Roll. Killer is the fourth studio album released in 1971. Side One contains two singles "Under my Wheels" and "Be My Lover". The song "Dead Babies" on Side Two stirred up some misunderstood controversy despite the fact it's lyrics conveyed an 'anti-child abuse' message. Johnny Rotten of The Sex Pistols called 'Killer' the greatest rock album of all time, and other Punk icons covered songs by Alice Cooper. The gatefold cover has a still-attached 'noose' 1972 calendar in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl LP has the green Warner Bros. #BS 2567 label, and is in Very Good+ condition. Thank you for looking.
