Alex Harvey--"Roman Wall Blues"
Before SAHB There Was This Rarest Gem Of A Record!!!
Album is a UK 1st press from 1969 on the black and silver Fontana label with matrix codes Y//1-Y//1.
The vinyl looks in lovely condition, with a good shine and the very smallest amount of almost invisible hairlines. Rating as EX, it plays really well with a little occasional backround crackle audible in the quiet parts. No skips or jumps. It has lovely clean labels with no markings of any kind except for some slight spindle rash. Original inner sleeve is in good condition but a little grubby. Sleeve is very nice with the spine standing up so that you can easily read the print. It has a little wear around the edges of the lamination in places and record has been wearing the centre section of the top edge.
This is a really nice copy of "Roman Wall Blues" and would be a great addition to any rare record collection. I don't think there will be many as good as this around for a while!!
With a low start price and no reserve, you might just get yourself a bargain.
