Description
Albert Collins vinyl LP, "The Cool Sound of Albert Collins", TCP/Hall TCP 8002 mono. This is Albert's 1st LP. The liner notes mention that he lays his guitar on his knees and plucks it. The cover is in real nice condition, still in the original shrink wrap. I notice a bit of very light "age spotting" on the back, not bad at all, and a red stamp, upper right back, "C-O N.R.". The vinyl, red label, is nice and glossy. I see a few very light marks, mainly paper scuffs, but I can detect no surface noise. It plays beautifully. Tracks: Frosty, Hot 'n Cold, Frost Bite, Tremble, Thaw-Out, Dyin' Flu, Don't Lose Your Cool, Backstroke, Kool Aid, Shiver 'n Shake, Icy Blue, Sno-Cone. The photo below is a partial scan.
