Albert Ayler Trio Spiritual Unity LP 1965 US ESP-Disk ESP 1002 Mono Rare VG+/VG+
Deep Groove Side A.
Runouts: Side A 1002 A; Side B 1002M A; Plastylite Ear both sides; 'Bell Sound sf' on Side B
A very nice copy. The sleeve has general wear, bumped corners, some discolouration and slight fading on the back. Spine is slightly worn but intact and there is a small seam split on the lower seam. See pictures for details.
The original insert has been pasted to the inner sleeve - see pictures.
The vinyl has a lovely sheen. There are a few very minor marks on Side B, track 2. The first produces 5 or 6 very light clicks. The second small mark does not seem to affect play.
The sound is outstanding although I have noticed very slight background noise during the bass solos; it is very slight on my system and hardly noticeable unless you play it very loud!
