With Original Vinyl Inner Sleeve.

OBI Still Has Rare Order Tab on Back Part.

This Is White Label Issue, So Japanese Word "Sample"/"Not for Sale" and Release Date "25 Aug."are Printed on Both Labels.

Disc is Near MINT, Sleeve is EX Minus (No Bottom Split, It Has Small Light Brown Dot Spots on Gatefold Inside and Back).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
