ESP-Disk 1010
1960s US pressing. All music on one side of the record. See through orange vinyl. Blank violet and red labels. Stereo matrix etched in trail off. 
Record is pretty much impossible to grade visually, but there are certainly no feelable scratches or noticable marks. Audio is excellent throughout, though this is an extremely lo-fi recording. 
The cover is VG+. Looks great, only issues are a 3cm centre split and a 2cm right side split on the top seam.
