LABEL DESCRIPTION: Maroon and silver label, also deep groove.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): VG++ An excellent cover, though there is a tear on the right side of the front, otherwise good color, seams and corners. Signed on the back in black marker by Ahmad Jamal.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): VG++ Likewise excellent, overall very clean and on very heavy vinyl. There is one light mark, causing a couple of very light clicks, otherwise well maintained and free of any other marks.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Ultra rare first pressing of Jamal's first Trio outing. The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of the rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
