Acetate 10 inch (Aluminium Center) recordings of a obscure San Francisco rock band call The Black Velvet Band. Cira 1968-1970 and played in the San Francisco area. Included members from the Beau Brummels, Declan Mulligan and Ron Meagner. From what I could find out about them, is that they chose they name from a hit song called "The Black Velvet Band'. May be a little confusing, this acetate is from a band called the Black Velvet Band and not the song of the same name. Songs have a Beatlesque sound. 3 Songs, "Where am I going? 2:35, "Pull the Light" 2:08 and "In the Country 2:32. Acetate recorded at Coast Recorders located at 960 Bush St, San Francisco. 33 speed and in excellent condition with some light signs of use.
