Description
This is a Sealed copy of Mobile Fidelity’s Santana “Abraxas” Ultradisc One-Step vinyl release. There is no need for a sales pitch, if you’re reading this you know the details; it’s 1st in a series, limited numbered production and most importantly, the best sounding version of the recording available.
I purchased this with the earnest intention of putting together a decent vinyl system both to play this and to get back on the vinyl bandwagon. I bought the original release when in high school. Its always been a favorite of mine and I’ve re-purchased/replaced it many times over the years for one reason or another, high school and college (friends) could be hard on records.
Unlike most people, I didn’t completely abandon vinyl for CD’s but did shove it aside. The vinyl resurgence renewed my interest, unfortunately the reality of my immediate resources limit what is feasible. Those days of an audio system dominating the house are gone. Rather than leaving these discs in a box, I want to offer them to someone who will hopefully spin and enjoy them. Fortunately, I collected all (3) various MFSL Abraxas CD (SACD) releases over the years. Those will suffice when I need a “Samba Pa Ti” fix. ;-)
Included are (2) photos of the actual item and a few stock photos. Please excuse the quality of the item photos, I’m no photographer and reflective surfaces are difficult to capture with a basic digital camera.
The recording will ship in the original Music Direct box. It was packed like fine artwork! In addition, I'll include a 2 mil poly outer sleeve for use after it has been opened. The outer sleeve fits/protects the vinyl box perfectly.
Shipping conditions don't appear clear in the listing - I will ship (basic level) within the United States for NO CHARGE. Outside locations will be charged upon location.
