Description
The Beatles – Abbey Road First UK Vinyl Pressing (PCS 7088) with correctly aligned apple on rear sleeve.

Matrix / Runout Stamped A side runout): YEX 749-2 PD
Matrix / Runout Stamped B side runout): YEX 750-1 GNH
Gradings: I use the Record Collector's Grading System but please also refer to the visual images in the uploaded photos.
Vinyl: Good Plus: The overall sound quality is still very good but marred by occasional background crackles and more annoyingly by 2 x skips on track 1 Side A (Come Together).
Visually, there are 2 x clearly visible marks on side A that can be seen in normal light. There are also numerous hairlines on both sides that can be seen under strong light. Both labels are in very good, clean condition with light spindle marks only visible upon close inspection.
Sleeve: G: Laminated sleeve has been slightly flattened through storage compression. This has resulted in some light ringing to front and back of sleeve. There is a 4” (100 mm) split along the spine (please mouse over image) and some creasing to both front and back.
Inner sleeve: Plain inner in VG condition with one small stain and very slight yellowing.

Collection in person always welcome for local bidders, in which case payment will be by cash on collection.
