This is a near mint condition, very rare, white label test pressing Abba "Eagle" 45. It was issued by Specialty Records for Atlantic Records U.S. in 1978. Test pressings were made in advance of regular pressings for quality control purposes. They were very selectively distributed to record label V.I.P.s and the artist and their management for approval. Very few were produced and most copies were destroyed. They were never made available to the general public. This single has "Eagle" (Edited Version) on the a-side and "Eagle" (Faded) on the b-side. The white label on the a-side has the song information written in red ink. There is also a date stamp that reads "May 19, 1978". The white label on the b-side has song information written in red ink as well. The record comes in a standard white paper sleeve. It has had one owner, a former record company executive who has had it filed away since 1978.

If this item sells for over $100.00 it must be shipped via Xpresspost/Expedited mail, which has a tracking number and full insurance. Depending on where you live, and the value of the item, the cost for this service could be an extra $40.00 on top of the regular price. An exact cost will be determined at the end of the auction.
