- All of our used records are play-graded and come in a protective outer-sleeve.
CONDITION DETAILS Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks good, light scuffing, creasing, and surface impressions (front/back); surface abrasion near back top right. Inner-sleeve is original (lyrics); two seams partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with mild wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
ABOUT THE RECORD Vicious Attack,, is a collection of songs by Abattoir, which was an American speed metal band founded in 1982 and which went through a number of lineup changes. Their first recording appearance was on Metal Massacre IV in 1983, during a time when their vocalist was John Cyriis, who later went to found Agent Steel. Juan Garcia, and Steve Gaines went on to be involved in other metal bands, including Evildead and Tactics. Future L.A. Guns founder Michael Jagosz was also briefly a vocalist for Abattoir during the early days. On February 17 and 19, 1984, Abattoir was the opening act of what would be the first ever Megadeth live shows. John Cyriis was a former member of Megadeth.
