March of the long hairs - I'll be listing small batches every so often, consisting of metal, indie, rock, prog, psyche, blues, folk & avant garde related LP's... Mark me as a favourite!

Aardvark S/T LP. This is the original 1970 UK Deram Nova stereo press (SDN 17). SUPER RARE! Quirky cover art. This album is very rare and is in Amazing condition minus a few flaws (see description below) for its age.

Vinyl Description:
Vinyl is in great condition. Has very faint hairline marks, more so on Side 2, especially in the runout groove - can just be noticed under normal light. There are a also few surface marks which might benefit from a good clean. NO other marks or scratches. Now, the good news. I've played this through (more so out of curiosity if anything) and despite its appearence, it sounds amazing! NO surface noise, clicks pops etc! The vinyl also still shows a glossy texture - lovely! The labels show some spindle wear - again, more so on Side 2. Unfortunately someone has intialed 'PRE' in pen on the Side 1 label (see pic 4). NO other writing or marks. Not spotless copy but still has an amazing sound! 

Sleeve Description:
Sleeve is very strong and sturdy. Very well defined. Corners show minimal scuffing while the edges are still nice and clean. Spine is square and print is still intact and writing is completely legible, no cracking or splitting. Laminate cover has started to lift along the top left edge where the cover has been bent at some time (see pic 5). There is also some minor laminate creases along the lower part of the spine. NO other lifts or bubbles. Laminate cover is still very bright and shows no sign of fading. Rear cover is still white but shows some age. Ringwear does show on front and back cover but it is not dramatic. NO splits, rips or writing. Deram Nova inner sleeve still nice and flat, has two creases but these are not severe. Has '55281' written in pen top right corner. NO other writing, rips or stains.

Overall the above mentioned takes nothing away from this lovely copy of a very rare and sought after classic album. Just look at the pictures, Amazing! Yes there are a few flaws, but being the exceptional rare piece that it is, its not something that should be passed up! A real piece for any 70's prog enthusiast or collector of the Decca or Deram Nova label.

All records will be sent in a sturdy cardboard mailer with stiffener. The vinyl will be seperate from its sleeve to avoid damage in transit and both housed together in a plastic sleeve. Larger or multiple records will be sent in more sturdier/appropriate packaging.
All vinyl to any destinations will be sent recorded/signed for ONLY. That way myself and importantly you, the buyer are covered for any loss or damage.
