Label:   PAR RECORDS.  Label is grey with black text.  Catalog number is PAR-1002.   Stereo.

Year:   label shows 1982, sleeve shows 1983.

Condition: 

Vinyl:  A-side would grade except for a couple small scuff marks near the very start of the side.  Retains 100% of original brilliant gloss.  The scuffs produce a couple very slight soft tics at the beginning, nothing serious, no pops or surface noise.  Side B is clean, with only an occasional very soft tic, nothing serious.  Overall both sides play beautifully as you can hear in the accompanying sound clips.  Labels are clean and pristine.  Fidelity is awesome.  You will never need to upgrade.

Sleeve:  Nice VG++ with no splits, writing, or other problems.  Would grade NM except for two creased corners, top right and bottom right.  Overall a very fine sleeve.  Sticker on reverse showing index number “PA 189-946,” also stamped “Library of Congress Surplus Duplicate.”

·         Ultra rare US powermetal 7-inch EP, numbered edition.

·         This band is Savatage before they changed their name due to a legal dispute with a European band also using the name Avatar.
