this is a "Deep Groove" Original Pressing that
is SIGNED Autographed on the Back Cover by the group's
leader / singer / guitarist Brother "Pops" Roebuck Staples
and his son / singer Pervis Staples

Pop's Signature is Inscribed as Follows :

"to Sarah, yours, Pop "

and Pervis' Signature is Inscribed as Follows :

"Good Luck, Pervis Staples"

this is truly a piece of musical history! 

while we are not Autograph specialists, we have 
no reason to doubt the Authenticity of these Signatures. 
that said, this is being sold "as-is" without any
certificate of authenticity (but the signatures look 
authentic to us, and this LP came with an old estate
collection that hadn't seen the light of days in years.

the Record and Cover both are a bit worn 
and have visible wear. the LP is shiny and clean but 
has scuffs and scratches to vinyl and labels. it has been 
Fully Play Tested and it Sounds Good and plays with 
no skips or repeats, but it does play with crackle 
and pops throughout.

the Cover has corner, edge and ring wear 
and the top edge is entirely split, but overall the  cover Displays Well and the Signatures on the back 
are clear and bold (Pop's is bolder, likely from 
a different pen than Pervis', but both
look great overall!
