This particular album cover has a written notation and signature on the front of the album cover that appears to read as follows:

There is another signature on the back of the album cover that I am not sure who’s signature it is. Both of these areas are shown clearly in the photographs that accompany this listing.
I have no reason to doubt the authenticity of these autographs but I do not believe I was personally present when they were obtained.
