THE ITEM: Guaranteed 100% authentic 1st pressing of "Introducing... The Beatles" (Vee-Jay VJLP 1062, Mono). This is the highly coveted Version 1 featuring "Love Me Do" and "P.S. I Love You." This copy features the rare "Blank Back" cover variant—a temporary production stopgap that is a "must-have" for serious Beatles completists.

AUTHENTICITY MARKERS: Buy with total confidence. This is a confirmed Monarch Records Pressing with all the industry-standard "tells" of a genuine 1964 original:

  • Deadwax (Runout): Hand-etched Δ 5702 (Monarch mark) and the "MR" in a circle logo.

  • Label Layout: "THE BEATLES" and the album title are both located ABOVE the center spindle hole.

  • George’s Shadow: The front cover clearly shows George Harrison’s shadow on the right (missing on counterfeits).

  • Color Band: Authentic rainbow brackets label with the oval Vee-Jay logo.

CONDITION REPORT:

  • Vinyl (VG): The disc has visible surface scuffs and light scratches. It plays through completely with NO skips. Expect some surface noise and "pops" typical of a VG grade, but the music remains very clear and enjoyable.

  • Cover (VG): This is a solid jacket. NO SEAM SPLITS. While there is heavy edge rubbing/wear (rough texture along the top and bottom), the cardboard is fully connected and structurally sound.
