A: Unlike DVD, There's no region restriction on Music CDs. This CD will play on your CD players, portable CD players, car CD players, and DVD players.
Q: Although item works perfectly, case is damaged; can you send me a replacement?
A: Sorry, sending a jewel case costs much more than the case itself. Due to long distance, I don't cover case damage during transit. You can purchase a brand new jewel case at local store for less than $1.
Q: Do you combine shipping charges or offer discounts on bulk purchases?
A: Yes, if you win multiple items and send us one single, consolidated payment for all items, you are qualified to add an $2 in shipping fees on each additional item. Shipping fee is applied automatically when you checkout. Already paid items cannot be combined with unpaid items.
