LP-Title: Sonny Rollins - The Bridge

RCA Living Stereo recording from 1962, RCA LSC-2527. Rollins’ inspired first record after his 3 years long “spiritual break”. During this 3 year retirement, Rollins used to practice alone on theWilliamsburg Bridge in New York City, so he called his comeback-album “The Bridge”. Great line-up, extensive linernotes on the back.

Line-up: Sonny Rollins/ts - Jim Hall/g - Bob Cranshaw/b - Ben Riley or H.T.Saunders/dr

Tracks: Without a Song - Where Are You - John S. - The Bridge - God Bless the Child - You Do Something to Me

Audiophile Classic Records edition, first generation 180 Gram US pressing, limited, high quality virgin vinyl, thick cardboard sleeve (replica of the original cover, no barcode), deluxe innersleeve. Supreme high-end quality !

The original CLASSIC RECORDS company started pressing audiophile records & CDs in 1994. Their early 180 gram LP-pressings are highly acclaimed and sought after by collectors of high-end records. I offer 4 mint/sealed or unplayed CLASSIC RECORDS LPs in my current auctions. All items are “out of print” and sealed/mint copies are extremely hard to find, especially in auctions with a low start-price !

Condition: unplayed factory sealed LP in MINT ! The PVC-sealing may cause light-reflections/creases etc. on the photos.

Zustand: ungespielte original verschweisste LP in MINT ! Die PVC-Hülle kann Lichtreflexe/Falten u.ä. auf den Fotos verursachen.
