Mega rare noise collaboration from the mid-90's from Atrax Morgue & Stabat Mors, limited edition of around 75 copies, totally handmade cover artwork.

Some info on the release:  Bloody rare issue, released in Germany sometime in the mid-90's on the Abrect label (Stabat Mors, Nord, Pain Jerk, Telepherique, Maria Zerfall, Netzach). Limited hand-numbered edition of 100 copies (this one 59/100) with handmade covers, some of which may not be numbered due to the fact that of those 100 copies, 25 were strictly for distribution through RRRecords, and were lost through U.S. Custom officials. "In case those 'lost' lps turned-up, there won't be duplicate numbers" (from liner notes of Atrax Morgue). Comes with an enema syringe glued to the album cover, and artwork poster fold-out. Both artists (Corbelli & Kohler) commited suicide on 2006-2007 (R.I.P.).

Atrax Morgue was the spiritual child of italian artist Marco Corbelli. Influenced by the 80's italian industrial scene of The Sodality, Maurizio Bianchi, Mauthausen Orchestra and affiliated with the aesthetics of the english Whitehouse, Corbelli unleased his obssessions and manias through this project: death, isolation, psychosis, murder, etc. Released an enormous output collaborating sporadically with Lunus, Dead Body Love, Contagious Orgasm, Richard Ramirez, Deison and produced many necessary noise albums through his label, Slaughter Productions.

Christian Koehler was the motivating mind behind the project, Stabat Mors. Fusing thematic concepts and philosophical ideas based on Althusser, Mishima, Derrida, Artaud, and Cioran, the accompanying noise is a confrontation with distorted accordian, metal, piano, and microphone to tube; a farewell release that is a sharp accordian, metal, piano, and microphone to tube.

Condition: Vinyl lies in mint- condition, looks super clean -like new- with the exception of a tiny light mark on side b: and plays perfectly, while cover lies in excellent shape, with light corner bending (see picture).
