ATOMIC ROOSTER - " DEATH WALKS BEHIND YOU ", B&C Records (CAS-1026) Stereo, 1970.
Very rare, 1970, English 1st issue/pressing B&C LP with the original labels, gatefold sleeve and matrix numbers.

Professionally cleaned on my Moth record cleaning machine and then put in a fresh new poly-lined inner sleeve (the original inner sleeve has also been retained and included in the auction - see photo).

CONDITION:
VINYL = EX- (Plays EX) (No heavy scratches, no groove damage, no distortion, only the lightest spindle trails, etc. In normal daylight the vinyl appears pretty clean, under a bright grading lamp I can make out a couple of very light paper scuffs and two small surface marks - although these are purely visual and during playback these slight cosmetic flaws don't correspond directly to any audible defects.
On playback, there is some faint surface noise only just audible during the silent run-in (in the pressing) which disappears as soon as the music starts. Then it plays really well - strong, clean and without interuptions... no clunks, no excessive surface noise, no distortion/harshness, etc. Has to be marked down to EX- because of the two minor cosmetic flaws but plays much better than the grading suggests. A good chance for somebody who just wants to play the record to get it at a more reasonable price.
Note: for the purposes of this listing I have tested this LP on my Linn LP12 Sondek turntable - generally this is quite a critical test, but I must point out that I cannot guarantee exactly how this LP will sound on your turntable - common sense for most... but then this is ebay!!!)
SLEEVE = V.G. (No rips, tears, splits, defacing, etc. Still flat and fairly clean, but well worn on both front and back covers and particularly around the edges. The centre of the inside of the gatefold has some creases too - see photos for further clarification)
NOTE: I must point out that we are actually a long standing physical record shop, with many decades worth of selling, trading and grading records under our collective belts. Unlike so many of the jokers now selling records on ebay, we know how to grade records.
