VERY RARE PSYCH ROCK ALBUM, HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER ORIGINAL UK 1st PRESSING.
RELEASED IN 1973.
EXTREMELY RARE VERY EARLY VERTIGO PRESSING, UK ISSUE WITH THE VERTIGO SWIRL LOGO ON THE LABEL.
VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT+ CONDITION.
SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
OUTSTANDING DEBUT ALBUM FIRST RELEASED IN 1973.
ONLY RELEASED TWO ALBUMS, BOTH VERY HIGHLY DESIRABLE AND COLLECTABLE.
First Pressing Matrix Numbers, Side 1 6360609 1Y#1 420 followed by 1 1 2 and Side B 6360609 2Y#1 followed by 1 1 2.
Side A : Get Up; Big Brother; Rock n Roll Preacher; Maybe Its Useless.
Side B : Lets Get On The Road again; Living at The end of time; Words Of Love.
An Absolutely Outstanding Album by one of the great Psych Bands signed to the infamous Vertigo label, one of the very first of the Vertigo stable, and how well did they do to sign so many outstanding bands in so few years!! Fabulous German Psychl/Rock Band of the very early70's, . Recorded and first released in 1973, another great Vertigo Classic Albums.
The record is in excellent condition, on the original Vertigo Swirl Label on Side B, Both label sides show no signs of spindle marking, there is no wear to the centre labels.UK Pressing with Made In England on Label. The Vinyl is very clean.
The surface of the record is excellent, the record has a fabulous high gloss mirror like sheen, there are no visible surface marks upon close inspection, and even under the brightest of lights, it is difficult tro detect any marks, which is unusual for records of this era and age.
The Record plays very well, virtually free from any hiss/crackle, and the record plays through very well and has a great strong sound. Nice High Gloss Deep Black Vinyl and Classic Stereo sound. All round excellent sound quality. Very Rare oppotunity to get an original rare vertigo swirl copy.
Sleeve is in very excellent condition. This is the thin card fully laminated finish and there is virtually no surfaceor storage wear. There are No Tears or nasty creases, No writing, No unwanted stickers or residue from stickers, No rips on the sleeve. All the outer edges show no signs of storage wear/rubbing, there are No edge splits. The corners are also free from storage wear, only fault is a tiny spot of wear to spine where it is slightly worn, The opening edges to the sleeve are very sharp and crease free. Sleeve is printed in germany, UK record, which I understand was the case with this Album. Superb sleeve, and a lovely, honest example of this very rare record which plays extremely well.record comes with a plain inner sleeve.
