Killer set from one of the finest groups out there. Talmadge “Tal” Armstrong, James Kelly Duhon and A.C. Gillory are the Ascots from Texas produced by Huey P Meaux. Includes the superb LP only crossover movers “She's so indifferent to me”, “Let's serenade our love” and more. The mega in-demand spooky funk cut “Graveyard creep”. The funky northern biggie “Color me soul” now getting some action in up front soul clubs. All tracks are actually solid so do yourself a favour and grab this asap! Only thing that is not here (even tho it's mentioned in the liner notes) is their northern classic “Just a few feet from the gutter”. Nice copy, slow warp DNAP. Slv in shrink. Grading as follows: I DO NOT USE MINT !!!
Mint- un-played or plays as new / slv: only a tiny corner bump or other tiny flaw accepted.
EX minimal signs of wear plays close to Mint- / slv: slight wear only from storage etc.
VG+ some light marks, plays very well / slv: lite ring wear, seam wear, very lite rounding to corners, but no splits bigger than 1cm / 0,4in.
VG more marks, but great copy to play still / slv: more pronounced flaws, no bigger splits than 10cm / 4in, very small rip or tear only.
VG- rough but plays / slv: wear is very apparent, 50% or larger splits, small rip or tear.
G filler copy / slv: heavy wear, fully split seams, large rip or tear.
