ARTILLERY - Fear of Tomorrow LP (1985). A bombshell of a debut album on Roadrunner Records from these great Danes!
In spite of the murky production, this is a landmark LP for European thrash. Artillery was in a league of it's own, sometimes sounding odd (partly thanks to the strange but compelling voice of Flemming Ronsdorf), but always passionate. A must have for any thrash metalhead. This was the time when the Dutch label Roadrunner Records ruled the realm of heavy metal...
Condition: I bought this album almost the day it came out in 1985. Obviously, it's not new, but both record and sleeve are in excellent condition. Some very slight ring wear on the sleeve. All items come from my personal collection, which was always cared for with great.... care.
Shipping: is of course never US$0.01! No matter what Ebay wants or thinks, it's US$9 for Europe, a stunning US$15 for anywhere outside Europe (that's for registered shipping, though). Registered shipping within Europe is US$11. Don't blame me, these are the actual rates from TNT. That's what you get for privatising the postal services. I ship within 2-3 days of payment.
