Record: This is a Near Mint copy of Art Of Lovin's self titled album on Mainstream Records. The vinyl appears to be unplayed.
Cover: The cover is in VG++ condition due to a 2 inch split in the center of the top edge and minor wear around the edges. The cover has nice vibrant colors and no writing but it does have a promo stamp on the rear.
