Matrix / Runout (Side A Runout, Stamped): BN-LP-1507-A (Plastylite "ear") RVG Matrix / Runout (Side B Runout, Stamped): BN-LP-1507-B (Plastylite "ear") RVG
Vinyl plays STRONG G+, has a couple feel-able scratches, could probably pass as a play grade of VG,  it plays significantly better than it looks,  (vinyl has been ultrasonic cleaned, KLAudio) 
jacket G+ with moderate ring/surface-wear, the top and bottom seams are split across, the spine is split up pretty badly and barely hanging on, vinyl ships inside an audiophile sleeve
