This auction is for THE JAZZ MESSENGERS AT THE CAFE BOHEMIA VOLUME 1 blue note records blp 1507 The cover for this original release is vg+ looks great shows some light wear. There is a tear to the bottom seam at the opening approx 2.5 inches all other seams are solid. the rear is fairly clean and the overall appearance of the cover is very nice. The jacket does contain the 767 lexington ave address. The record is vg+ this thing is in real nice shape amazing gloss a few very light marks under bright light these are very minor. The playback on this record is amazing it would be tough to find a nicer copy as this one has seen very little play. The record does have the deep groove to both sides as well as the rvg and the ear in the dead wax. Both sides of the record label also contain the 767 lexington address. This record is also a flat edge pressing. A rare original mono press of a killer recording in top condition do not pass on this one.
