Jacket Condition Notes: Mild wear to jacket 3 pieces of tape, name written on back of jacket. The top seam has a 9” section that is not split, but well a worn area. Record store stamp on back. LP is six eye Columbia Records which meant high sound quality. 160g

Album Review: The album is made up of two sessions. Side A consists of exotic, Afro-Cuban rhythms and the flipside is a swell session of Blakey’s working band of the period consisting of alto saxophonist Jackie McLean, trumpeter Bill Hardman, pianist Sam Dockery and bassist Spanky DeBrest.
