Killer, futuristic Library item from the Vedette label owner and Italian electronics pioneer. Stoned in space exploitation / psychedelic lounge with shimmering alien sounds / harpsichord and spinette a la Lesiman / primitive Italian garage and obsessive jazz rhythms. Aggressive fender basslines / Alessandroni style fuzz distortions / heavy drums / sputnik bleeps and spooky studio FX are the backbone of this incredible session. The delirious CIRCUITO CHIUSO was comped by Stones Throw for their Psych Funk 101 selection but other themes are just as hot, if not better :) Hallucinogenic moods or manic pop electronique with looped sound patterns on every track. Great for DJs. Easily, one of the best of the genre. Totally destroys anything by Mario Molino et al. Our soundclip opens with CIRCUITO CHIUSO followed by several other themes, including ACICLICO / ECCENTRICO ST-3 / SIDERALE / DIELETTRICO / MACROSOMO and IL MARE DELLA TRANQUILLITA. Should appeal to lovers of underwater themed Italian Library / weird cosmic soundscapes / Edwin Astley jazz and BBC Radiophonic workshop projects too. Nice long compositions. Vinyl is closer to shiny M- condition overall with a few hairlines. Some light surface noises. A few soft pops / soft ticks (as you can hear on our soundclip). Black inked sticker to each side of label. The iconic moon / outer-space sleeve is in strong VG++ condition with some light corner / edge wear. Super clean back sleeve, minimal ring wear / ring dirt marks. A few crease lines from storage to front sleeve. Camera flash glare to sleeve and label photo. Very rare Library Lp!!!
