This collection was from a house clearance firm I dealt with. I believe the owner was Mike Bradley. There are a number of envelops and 45 mailers addressed to him in the collection, he clearly worked in the music industry and I believe he dabbled in recording his own stuff as well.

Super rare Apple Records/EMI acetate/demo.
I assume it's the same version but I've not had time to sit down and compare them like for like.
This acetate is for the A side of MARY HOPKIN - LET MY NAME BE SORROW - APPLE RECORDS single from 1971, of course APPLE RECORDS was 'THE BEATLES' Record Label and they signed Mary Hopkin to the label as they were fans of her music.
VINYL: VG+
Plays without any jumps or skips, has "static" type surface noise towards the start and over the soft acoustic guitar intro but majority fades away by the time Mary starts singing. Majority plays VG+. intro is VG.
