Apollo Four Forty – Electro Glide In Blue (2 x 12” LPs)

Apollo 440 is an English electronic music group formed in Liverpool in 1990. The group has written, recorded and produced five studio albums, collaborated with and produced other artists, remixed as Apollo 440 and as ambient cinematic alter-ego Stealth Sonic Orchestra, and created music for film, television, advertisements and multimedia. Over eleven years, they notched up eleven top-40 UK singles with three top-10 and had a chart presence worldwide.

The album is on Stealth Sonic Recordings, SSX2440LP. Matrix side one: 01 485372 20 cA1 (stamped). Matrix side two: 01 485372 20 2B1 (stamped). Matrix side three: 01 485372 20 2C1 (stamped). Matrix side four: 01 485372 20 2D1 (stamped).
Released in 1997. UK pressing. Stereo.

Condition: (as Record Collector's grading system)
Vinyl side 1: very good (has the odd light mark and plays with a few light clicks on the first track but certainly nothing that spoils your enjoyment of the music, plays with no jumps or sticks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 2: excellent (has the odd light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 3: excellent (has the odd light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 4: excellent (has the odd light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Cover (glossy): very good (punch hole top left, corner wear, a few small edge creases, the odd mark here and there).
Comes with the original inner sleeves, one in very good condition and one in fair condition (see photos)
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record on its return.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
