WONDERFUL Psychedelic classic from the amazing Greek trio!
This is a very special album, defying definition really - it really surpasses most psych, and does indeed qualify as a 'masterpiece' of progressive psych concepts.
I don't know if Vangelis was influenced by The Zombies 'Odessey And Oracle' to make such an imaginative works, or perhaps one of the semi-operatic theatrical Italian bands around.
Apparently he had to convince even his own bandmates to record the album!
Demis Roussos is certainly in full voice though, and musically the whole piece flourishes from start to finish.
Amazing...astounding, and groundbreaking!
A landmark in progressive music!
