Description

Annie Lennox LP "Rendez-Vous With a Lady". Bootleg LP w/ sleeve of Annie Live in Europe '92. Vinyl Virus VV LP 023. Includes It's Allright/Walking on Broken Glass/Cold/River Deep, Mountain High/Here Comes the Rain Again/You Have Placed a Chill in My Heart/Feel the Need/Stand By Me/Why/Don't Let Me Down. Concert is one of the few live performances Annie did to promote her classic Diva album - an unplugged concert mixing solo tracks with Eurythmics songs and cover versions (foreshadowing her next project, the cover album Medusa - though none of these covers were recorded for that album - an studio version of Don't Let Me Down was recorded as a b-side for Walking on Broken Glass). This album includes tracks not broadcast on MTV's severely edited broadcast of the concert...including her only live performance of "Stay With Me" (sleeve lists it as "Stand By Me"). US dollars only. Check/cash/money order accepted. US residents add $5 s/h; outside US add $10. Please check my other auctions often for more rare Annie Lennox/Dave Stewart/Eurythmics items.
