Original 1972 UK London Records stereo LP, SHU 8434. Earliest plum and silver label, 1L/1L matrix suffixes.
Visually EX plus, glossy surfaces with just a very few wispy and superficial hairline scuffs. Plays a solid near mint throughout with just an occasional trace of separator band crackle when volume is cranked up to max. There is just one exception. At the beginning of the last track on the A side (A7) there is a single soft skip at the beginning. However, when I increased my cartridge weight by just a smidgeon this disappeared completely. I cannot see what is causing this. I double checked this on another turntable and it also played fine, so it seems it won't be a problem unless you have a very low weight cartridge setting.
This is an outstanding Funk/Soul album with an amazing sound floor. The minimum bid is set at the minimum it would take to prise the LP from my mitts.
Original Decca "stereo" poly-lined inner sleeve in good order with no splits and just one tiny nick and minimal creasing.
External sleeve near EX. Laminated front panel still very bright and glossy. Matt rear panel has just a light ringwear impression. Edges unworn and not split and tips not scuffed. No loss, tears, inscriptions, stickers etc.
