The Animals were an English music group of the 1960s that was part of the British Invasion. Known for their gritty, bluesy sound and deep-voiced frontman Eric Burdon, as exemplified by their signature song "House of the Rising Sun", the band balanced tough, rock-edged pop singles against rhythm and blues-oriented album material. The Animals underwent numerous personnel changes and emerged as an exponent of psychedelic rock before dissolving at the end of the decade!!!!!.

Animal Tracks is the second British album by The Animals, They were dubbed "animals" because of their wild stage act and the name stuck. This album was released in 1965!!!!!.

The Vinyl

This is the original 1st press HEAVY and thicker type of vinyl only found on 1st pressings later pressings were much more flimsier and less robust!! Also these havbe deeper grooves! From my experiance these originals produce the best audio quality and can not be surpassed!!!!

On visual inspection this vinyl in my opinion has not been overplayed retaining its original super gloss from new and looks superb!!! Veiwing the vinyl under strong light reveals surface marks\scratches which have very little effect that i heard!!!. I have played this vinyl many times at very loud volume! This audio is truly awesome cristal clear and vibrant!!! with (no) signs of grooveware or that this has been overplayed at all!!! A superb MONO example!! There are (no) loud clicks or pops during the play very little surface noise indeed quite unbeleivable for a vinyl that is 42 years old!!, certainlt (no) skips or jumps! In fact I really never heard any major problems at all!!! Even between tracks and surface noise is absolutely minimal! A very very playable and enjoyable vinyl. TOP! TOP! AUDIO ON ALL FREQUENCIES!!!!!!!!

Please note! I always add this disclaimer! I have given my honest opinion as usual when describing the audio quality of this vinyl! Although I never heard any problems at all! I must ask ,, Please allow for the odd static ticks\crackle here and there! (not) consistant through out the audio!! Please rtemember that this is an original 42 year old vinyl that would have originaly been played on a 42 year old system!!!!!  

The Cover

This is the original Garrod & lofthouse laminated front flipback cover!!! In absolutely awesome condition! Very minimal creases hardly worth mentioning Very very hard to find like this after 42 years! There are no splits or tares no edge rubbing !!! the spine is awesome all writing can be clearly seen!!! The rear is exceptionally clean!!! (normally seen very grubby) see photos at top example! THIS COVER WILL BE HARD TO SURPASS!!!!!!!!
