Description
RARE Andy Warhol Cover Art : THE NATION'S NIGHTMARE (XTV 15688)1951 Orig. early microgroove 12" lp which is a CBS documentary on Crime in America in 1951 with interviews, etc. . Side 1 : "Traffic in Narcotics" and Side 2 = "Crime on the Waterfront" Heroin Narcotic. Great cover art of a junkie shooting heroin and a fight on the waterfront. Both labels (see scan) feature the same Warhol artwork. Cover is think soft/textured cardboard and has some edge wear, worst at middle spine(see scan) where it has worn through. there is a date stamp in the upper right hand corner and lower right hand corner(x2) that is very faint and blends in well to the pruple background...looks to be a library stamp that says rec'd Nov 20 1952 (see scans) back cover a little soiled with a black grease pencil looking mark. The record looks VG-- with surface wear/ scuffs/ scratches and plays with surface noise/crackle and ticks. Labels are nice with some light spindle wear.

PACKAGING/SHIPPING/POSTAGE:PLEASE NOTE: I have set my shipping prices to cover my cost on an average basis. Your box may cost me a bit less to mail than I charged you, or a bit more.Priority postage can vary from zip code to zip code and Records and jackets don't all weigh the same amount, therefore I can't set a "perfect" price for everyone, ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL! I ship all lp's in a new rigid custom LP mailer and filler pads with the disc in inner sleeve placed behind cover to prevent seam splitting in transit. Part of my postage fee covers the cost of the mailer and pads. I DO NOT use flimsy "freebie" post office priority mailers!...

USA POSTAGE OPTIONS: PRIORITY WITH REGISTRATION = $20.00 (Lp will be double boxed)
