ANDREW HILL - SMOKESTACK LP (OG US BLUE NOTE MONO - BLP 4160 - 'P' - IN SHRINK).
A wonderful example of the stunning 1966 LP from Andrew Hill - this first US Blue Note (mono) copy incredibly still housed with the original shrink!
The record (BLP 4160, with 'New York USA' address labels, Plastylite 'P' or referred by some as 'ear' both sides, machine stamped VAN GELDER both sides)  is in glossy Ex condition showing a couple of rather light and minor surface scuffs to the lustrous playing surfaces.  With clean og 27 Years Blue Note innner. 
Stunning Ex+ or 'NM' condition og 43 West 61st mono sleeve remarkably still housed with the original shrink, with some very minor foxing underneath the shrink to the reverse.
