An Evening With Wild Man Fischer, US Bizarre 2RS6332, First Pressing, 1968

This is one of the three records I bought the very first time I ever went to Tower Records on the Sunset Strip. ("The largest record store in the known universe!" as the ads used to say.) That day, I bought the UK import of Lumpy Gravy (you have NO comprehension how difficult it was to find the US Verve version in those days), Jean-Luc Ponty's King Kong, and An Evening With Wild Man Fischer.

I used to love playing this record super-loud in my college dorm room to drive the other guys in my suite nuts. ;-) Since then, it's remained pretty much unplayed for the last 35 years. The cover is in VG condition with some minor surface and ring wear, but the corners and edges are intact and it has no bends, creases or other signs of mishandling. The original black "Zappéd" Bizarre inner sleeves are in great shape with no bust-throughs (and I will make sure they stay intact when I pack this record for shipping).

The vinyl is in VG+ condition (most dealers would probably say EX but I'm strict). The labels are clean with no spindle marks. Concerning playback: all the records I sell are from my personal collection, and before I list them on eBay, I listen to each one to decide if its playback characteristics would be acceptable to a fellow collector. By "acceptable," I mean it may play with a little static in places or have occasional clicks or pops, but nothing that would significantly detract from the enjoyment of the music. If there are more serious issues with the album's playback than that, I will say so in the item description. Otherwise, you can just assume that every record I have for sale has been listened-to and passed its playback test. (This one did!)

I always ship your album in mailers custom-made for LPs, with the disc removed from the cover and placed separately into its own brand new inner sleeve. The record and cover are then secured with two reinforced cardboard stiffeners and three layers of large bubble wrap. I guarantee you will receive this record in the identical condition you see it depicted and described here. (Check my feedback for reviews of the care I take packaging your purchases.)
