Mint  New with...NO visible wear on spines or cover...in shrink or bag
Mint- high luster...NO wear, the slightest sign of wear only in the spine
EX+   new condition, in shrink with a cut or hole in cover
EX     nearly mint with the slightest sign on wear on top or bottom 
VG+  mint luster with light wear ring
VG    some luster with defined wear ring or minor spine damage
Used     cover has little luster with wear and fading some long spine splits
LP: 
Mint  Deep dark gloss with no visible marks , including spindle hole
Mint- New deep gloss with a couple of micro mars from sleeve
NM   Deep dark gloss and mint looking with a few paper mars from sleeve
EX    nearly mint with a scuff or a mark or two keep this from being Mint-
EX-   High Mint luster with a few light non-popping marks
VG+  mint luster with numerous light micro marks mostly not audible
VG    mid luster with numerous light marks marks a couple of scratches
Used  playable LP that is not in collectable condition, marks or scratches
