SHIPPING_HANDLING: I try to ship daily but I often ship only twice a week -- or every three days.

I use only new, custom LP mailers. I remove all LPs from their covers before shipping.

GUARANTEE / REFUNDS: You may request a refund for any reason as long as these four conditions are met: (1) the Record was graded VG or better; (2) the record was unsealed (sealed LPs are guaranteed for Cover only); (3) the LP was not advertised 'As Is', and (4) the request for a refund is made within 14 days of my shipping date. As a reminder: nearly all of my LPs grade VG+ or better.
