OK, after some consideration up for sale I am offering from my long time personal possessions, an unusual collection of ALVIN LEE autographs. Here is the insight on the item. I used to live in San Diego and attended many rock concerts back in 70's-80's. Ten Years After was playing at the downtown San Diego Civic Theater in July of 1975 and it was the Farewell Tour as Alvin Lee was leaving the band afterwards. After the concert I waited out back where the tour bus was and I saw Alvin Lee and approached him for an autograph... he was friendly and appeared to have had a little to drink as I recall :-) anyway.. I handed him my pen and this sheet of paper and he started to sign THANKS ALVIN LEE, but the ink would not flow very well and he then tried again but no ink came out so he started to scribble until the pen worked, he said " I think your pen has a bit of a headache ". So he then signed again next to where the scribble was but then someone handed him another pen, so he said, "let me give you a better one" and he signed again on another panel! I will never forget that moment but now that Alvin has passed away and I am getting a little older myself, I have decided to part with this treasure from my younger days.
Since I received this in person I can attest that Alvin Lee did indeed sign this and if you care to have this authenticated by a third party such as PSA/DNA you can rest assured that it will come back as being genuine. I will offer a fool proof, no questions asked return policy on this item if you are not happy. Paper is 9x5 3/4 inches. Make an offer!
