++++++++++

All West Country Records records are cleaned using a Loricraft PRC 4 record cleaning machine.

All records are play tested.

All West Country Records records are removed from their outer sleeve and placed inside a fresh polyliner before postage (to avoid splits in transit). Where necessary discs are placed in a new anti-static liner.

All West Country Records records are carefully packed in cruciform mailers with four 12" card stiffeners.

All addresses are printed.

We use professional packing material. We always remove the discs from their cover to avoid splits. We only send records using tracked delivery.

Any record that sells for over £30 requires tracking and insurance at an additional cost to the buyer of £4.75 per order on top of the normal postage cost (The cost is per package not per record so if the order is for more than 1 LP the cost is still only £4.75)
