We do our best to be as thorough as possible with the listings, but sometimes we may leave out a detail that is important to you. Often times, the original inner sleeve has been swapped out for an anti-static, audiophile sleeve. Strangely enough, we actually enjoy hearing from potential customers!
As always, we offer fantastic deals on combing records for shipping purposes. After the first record/tape (which covers the cost of the bubble wrap and super-sturdy LP mailers we use), all records/tapes are shipped for the exact USPS media mail cost. The more stuff you buy, the cheaper the mailing cost per item. You'll save a ton on shipping by combing records into one lot!! If you are a lucky winner of multiple auctions, please wait for us to send an invoice with your total before paying. That way we can combine the shipping for the records into a single, discounted rate.
We work super hard and do our best to grade all the records and tapes we sell as accurately (and conservatively) as possible. We realize, however, that grading is not a science and there may be a discrepancy of opinions regarding various gradings. If upon receiving your item, you are not 100% satisfied with the condition of your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are completely happy. If we can not work out the issue, we will be glad to issue a full refund of your purchase and we will cover the cost of the return shipping for the item.
All of our records are mailed in a poly sleeve for your protection.
