ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND: At Fillmore East (Capricorn 2-802, MONO white label DJ)

Condition : Cover and vinyl are NM. Lower corners of cover are lightly bumped, otherwise as new, don't think the gatefold has ever been opened fully. D/J Copy Monaural and "Specially Priced Two Record Set / Recorded Live" stickers on front. Both LP's appear unplayed.
Description : Very rare DJ-only mono white label promo copy. No commerical mono issue exists. This mono pressing was done specifically for potential AM airplay (AM radio being entirely mono at the time). I never knew this mono press existed until I got this copy. Considering the state of the AM radio market in 1971 and the number of AM stations that might have chanced to play anything from a double LP containing 7 long tracks at that time, I think the press run on this version may have been quite small indeed.

Condition of this item is guraranteed to be as stated in the above description. Grading is strict and visual. All used LP's are cleaned on a VPI machine before grading.
Records are shipped in a cardboard record mailer with sufficient padding, and the disc is removed from the jacket to prevent seamsplits.
