Two covers exist: one is just an insert with red / black printing & lyrics on the back; 

the regular (THIS COPY) one has a b/w picsleeve with a stage photo on the front. 

Records are exactly the same except that the first pressing (THIS ONE) is a little thinner 

towards the center while the other one is perfectly flat. Approx. 1500 made altogether
