Description

Excellent, guaranteed original, 1967 Private-Pressing Afro Jazz double-LP by ALKEBU-LAN entitled "Land Of The Blacks" on Strata-East Records (#SES-1972, Stereo). Fantastic upbeat tunes. Personnel: Mtume, Carlos Garnett, Leroy Jenkins, Ndugu, Gary Bartz, Stanley Cowell and Buster Williams. Tunes include: "Invocation," "Baba Hengates," "Utamu," "Saud," "Alkebu-lan," and "No Words." Condition: Cover = solid VG (light wear, 4" seam split at the top right hand corner), Records = solid VG+ (very light paper scuffs - plays great!). Winning bidder to add $3.50 postage in the USA.
