For this auction I am selling a number of progressive/heavy rock records that have been so well preserved down the years and many of them hardly played.  I am moving house soon so want to 'shift' a lot of my stock quickly so unfortunately do not have the time to describe each track in detail as I generally do.  However, I will still play every track in full so as to provide a 'complete' grading.

This first pressing plays with audio that is rarely found today.  The vinyl has quite possibly never been played such is the sonic quality and the pristine visual look of the vinyl.  There is no interference on either side, the clarity is outstanding.  The cover is in superb condition with barely any wear and the lyric inner is 'as new'.  A stunning 'package' of this 80s classic.

Visual grading

The vinyl is visually stunning and looks like it has just been purchased brand new from the record shop!  It has an immaculate jet-black glossy sheen and there are of course no marks or scratches and I cannot find any hairlines either.  The grooves are so clean and the labels also have no marking and no spindle wear.

Play Grading

The classic 'Poison' plays with stunning clarity and power from the first note to the last with no intrusion.  A perfect Mint version to start the album.  I am pleased the other tracks on S1 play to the same 'high end' standard.  There are no ticks, clicks or pops and no static either, in essence it plays 'as new'.

S2 is just as impressive and plays with STUNNING quality from the first groove to the last.  Every track is Mint there is no need to say anymore!

The Cover & Lyric Inner

The cover is in superb condition with no obvious wear.  The only thing really are 3/4 minor creases either side of the spine but this is only a minor issue.  Aside from that it is in perfect shape.  The lyric inner is more or less immaculate with only a couple of barely visible creases.

Play tested on my Pro-Ject Essential III Turntable // B & W 684 Speakers

This record has been professionally cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine
