Vertical fold-up outer sleeve, hinged like a classic school desk. Rear of sleeve has die-cut "legs" for the desk which fold out and secure in place.
Originally came with panties (pink, white, yellow or blue) wrapped around clear cellophane inner sleeve and the LP.
