Description
Here is an original Alexander "Skip" Spence, "Oar", LP, Columbia #9831
Matrix numbers on both sides end with "1A', very nice 1st pressing!
A classic loner/downer folk psych masterpiece by the ex-Moby Grape member...
essential for the 60s psych collector.
Condition: Cover is a nice VG+ or a VG++, small drill hole, wear at the corners, the bottom right
corner is the worst, showing bumping and light creases. The bottom seam is starting to split in the
center, about three to four inches. The rest of the seam is still tight.
Disc is also a very nice VG+ or VG++, lots of gloss and shine to the vinyl, a couple of light marks.
There is a light scuff across side 2 that does not affect play.
This is a nice example of a classic, and a very hard to find first pressing. You won't be disappointed!
