First thing to say is that side 1 track 3 Backwater Blues has a lateral scratch that leaves numerous soft tics and one skip. A slightly heavier stylus weight may cure this. Apart from this the record plays easily as EX. Which means there may be the odd bit of background. Absolutrely nothing serious. Be aware.Please see the photos for condition of sleeve and labels.

A letter dated 16 April 1964 from the Polydor press office in Denmark Place London, to Frederick Norris, Birmingham Mail, New Stree,t Birmingham.
Fred was the music and arts critic at The Birmingham Mail for over 40 years and received promotional copies of records through the years. This is one of them.
The letter covers 2 artists and talks about PETER WYNNE and encloses his photograph.It then goes on to talk about Alex Harvey and the number of LPs sold
5000 in Spain and over 18,000 singles in Germany. Spain has reacted so well that 4 EPs are being issued. These now command high prices.
